About Rebekah Gienapp
Rebekah Gienapp (she/her) is a writer, speaker, parenting coach, and religious educator. She is the author of Raising Antiracist Kids: An age-by-age guide for parents of white children. Her work has been featured by PBS Southern California, The Washington Post, Parenting Forward, Brownicity, and MLK50: Justice Though Journalism.
A past co-host of Multicultural Children’s Book Day, Rebekah is a self-described children’s book nut who collected diverse children’s books for years before she had a family. Anti-bias children’s books were the center of the curriculum she created for Evergreen Presbyterian Church’s Peace Camp in 2019.
Rebekah is ordained in the United Methodist Church, and lives with her family in Memphis, Tennessee.
